How can I make it so the audio sounds the same?

Try to check on your monitor setting, usually via pressing the buttons on the monitor

Since your monitor have 3,5mm jack plug, it normally has audio/sound setting as well

If it already on the max output, try to check on volume mixer on the Windows, especially in output device (usually named of your monitor, then followed by High Definition Audio Device) to see the volume setting

Hello, just wanted to get help on this problem I have with my earbuds. I plug it straight into my monitor(VIA aux port) but the sound is really low, can get slightly loud but not very loud. However, if I were to plug it into my controller (XBOX ONE CONTROLLER) the sound would be much louder and sound lots of better in higher volume without the need of using sound booster like Peace from EqualizerAPO.

How can I make it so the audio sounds the same?
Are all earbuds this way?

What monitor do you have? Possibly the monitor has a setting for volume which is turned down. Had this exact issue on a Phillips monitor that could passthrough audio from a HDMI input to a 3.5mm jack

Didn't know monitors had settings for audio, this was the solution. Thank you.
