TronicsFix has published several video on YT on how to restore a PS5.

Might worth take time for view some of them.

Not English-speaking person, sorry, I'll make mistakes. If you're kind, maybe you'll be able to understand.

Check if you put your disc in the correct way. It is a common mistake.
