So my idle temperature while having my browser open and discord, Logitech G Hub is currently 37-38 degrees Celcius. Is that a lot and what should I do to lower it if its high?

That is normal.
To lower that you will need to turn off your PC, or use some serious custom watercooling if not LN2.

37 C is summer temperature outside,

in fact, yesterday in my area was 37 C, it's fine,

GPUs can handle up to 90°C

Usually, idle GPU temps are ranging from: 20-40°C,

while when loaded the GPU temps range from: 50-70°C (or more depending on the load and task)

Well yeah, although probably also need to be in places like ... alaska if not antartica, since ambient matter XD

Also OP, browsing and discord can't really be considered idle anyway.

No it's not a lot, I'd worry about load temps more than idle temps.

what is your room temp?
gpu zero rpm mode on/off?

Also the refresh of your monitor can effect 'idle' temps.
