Other details I looked at the stuff some people gave me, and some things are more expensive 

 I'm upgrading from a MSI GE66 Raider 2tb, 500gb storage. 32 GB Ram. RTX 2060 and it's the 2020 version Please help, not sure what to do. I can do just under 1500 if need be. Or what ever price you may think I would benefit from. I would love to have a RTX 4070, or above if at all possible. What can I do for upgrading, I'm not sure
