Will they be compatible

Yes, it's the same PCB and memory chips as the XMP version of the memory kit, just with a different sticker and SPD programming.

WIll I be able to enable XMP?

No, but you should be able to enable EXPO (the AMD version of the profile). Worst case scenario is you just manually enter the EXPO parameters and leave EXPO off if it doesn't want to enable for some reason.

Hm I see. Is stability going to be an issue in the long run?

I used to use an EXPO kit on Intel (G.Skill Flare X5 rather than Corsair Vengeance, but still) and was perfectly fine while I was using it. The board I was using was a Z690 Unify-X, and the only issues that I had were on one of the original BIOS revisions where the EXPO profile wouldn't POST, though that BIOS would have issues running DDR5 6000 in general (it worked at 5600 and at 6400, just not 6000) so I don't know how much is EXPO not working and how much is the BIOS being broken. After that initial BIOS revision though, the EXPO profile would enable perfectly fine, no stability concerns, with the only reason I swapped it out was because I upgraded to a 2x24GB kit.
