uconnect audio problems

Hey! 
i hope this is the right place for this question. So basically I have a 2014 town and country and whenever I connect my phone via Bluetooth the audio glitches by stopping  and then speeding up to catch up to itself. It’s weird as this has only happened with my phone and even with my previous phone before this one. It’s never happened to anyone else and I can say it’s not a problem with my phone as my phone works perfect with my other car 

 

any help is appreciated!

If you cannot software update uconnect in any way...

Not English-speaking person, sorry, I'll make mistakes. If you're kind, maybe you'll be able to understand.

My old phone was the iPhone XR, new one is the 14 pro max. Just as a side note, when I forget device and repair uconnect to my phone everything works fine. It just seems to reset and have problems after I turn the car off and then turn it back on for the next time I use it.
