Hi guys

I have been having an issue, not always but sometimes my computer frezzes while booting...it is usually when i restart the PC it appear the black screen with a line on the top left(like it is the terminal), and stays there

And now for the first time it was in the Motherboard logo Screen is this a big issues...or should be something that could be resolved with just taking off CMOS and put it in back?!

try taking the cmos battery out but it is 100% a motherboard issue. If it persists I recommend a new motherboard.

if the clearing the CMOS does not solve the issue, you can try flashing the latest BIOS into your motherboard. Even if you already have the latest BIOS (you did not specify), it could solve the bug you were experiencing.

It looks like a motherboard issue but you can also test for the PSU since it can produce similar behaviors sometimes.

That happens when the system can't access the storage/OS. It means your disk wasn't (properly) detected.

I'll repeat - the black screen with a white underscore happens when the system can't access the storage/OS.

Diskmgmt has nothing to do with that. Slots do, cables do and the drives do. You can check the drive health with something like Hard Disk Sentinel.
