GPU usage randomly drop to 0%

Ok, so this crash is a bit hard to explain without typing out an essay (The two old ones as well, same crash), but basically it can be hard for the OS to know which driver is at fault with this crash. In the two old ones it directly blamed the Xbox USB in one and nothing in the other. In both of them a USB driver had pending DPCs so I accepted that as the most likely suspect. The Nvidia driver also had pending DPCs, but as it directly blamed the USB in one crash I let that slide.
In the new dump it now directly blames the Nvidia driver. It still has pending DPCs for a USB device, but it's now just the motherboard USB controller, it doesn't mention the Xbox driver. So either it's the USB controller (Motherboard) or the Nvidia driver.
EDIT: I realized this could be confusing when I said controller and you had an Xbox controller. I tried editing to clarify, but just in case, whenever I say controller here I mean the USB chip on the motherboard.
Let's try wiping the old GPU driver using DDU and then installing a fresh one from Nvidia's website. USB controller drivers are native in Windows now so it's not something you can really reinstall like other drivers. You can reinstall the device, but it loads the same driver afterwards.
