It's a wired controller that i plug using usb splitter. oh and i got new dump files

Ok, so this crash is a bit hard to explain without typing out an essay (The two old ones as well, same crash), but basically it can be hard for the OS to know which driver is at fault with this crash. In the two old ones it directly blamed the Xbox USB in one and nothing in the other. In both of them a USB driver had pending DPCs so I accepted that as the most likely suspect. The Nvidia driver also had pending DPCs, but as it directly blamed the USB in one crash I let that slide.

In the new dump it now directly blames the Nvidia driver. It still has pending DPCs for a USB device, but it's now just the motherboard USB controller, it doesn't mention the Xbox driver. So either it's the USB controller (Motherboard) or the Nvidia driver.

EDIT: I realized this could be confusing when I said controller and you had an Xbox controller. I tried editing to clarify, but just in case, whenever I say controller here I mean the USB chip on the motherboard.

Let's try wiping the old GPU driver using DDU and then installing a fresh one from Nvidia's website. USB controller drivers are native in Windows now so it's not something you can really reinstall like other drivers. You can reinstall the device, but it loads the same driver afterwards.

So, i just get this GT710 2GB DDR3 to temporary replace my dead R7 240, when i test it on seller house it run without any hitch, and i even stress test it for like 30 minutes without any problem. But when i install it on my pc, the GPU Utilization love to randomly drop to 0% mostly when i watch video on Youtube, or locally, and annoyingly when i edit videos, but it happen couple times when play games too!. GPU temp is not a problem since it averaging at 45°C and max at 52-53°C. and last night the GPU just decided to disconnect from my pc and i need to restart my pc to make my PC recognize my GPU (not a force restart)

When it randomly drop utilization, it have this error on Windows Event Viewers

and sometime this

here's the sudden drop to 0% Utilization on Task Manager

Anyone know what the causes are and how to fix it?? yeah it just temporary GPU until i maybe replace it with RX570 or 1060 3GB next month, but it really annoying especially when i do some video editing works, it really slows me down!

My full pc Specs are:

Processor: I5 3470 @3.4GHz

GPU: GT710 2GB DDR3

RAM: 8GB DDR3 @1600MHz

PSU: Cooler Master MWE450

OS: Windows 10 64bit 22H2 Build 19045

Monitor (if this needed): ViewSonic VA1938wa-LED @1366x768

You can clearly see CPU spiking to 100% when your GPU drops to 0% utilization. You got some sort of bottleneck there, card is fine. My bet is on the HDD.

but it never happen when i'm using my R7 240, it just started happening when i switch to this GT710. and i've use RX550 on this system before and it didn't have this issue

Regarding this issue, my knowledge goes in this direction: Firstly, such things can occur in cases of incompatible RAM. Secondly, if you've noticed, at the moment the issue occurs, it seems like your CPU usage spikes to 100%. If your FPS value doesn't drop to 0 directly when the issue happens, we need to consider BD PROCHOT throttling. If you could respond to what I've mentioned, we can continue our conversation.

i've set my ram to 1600 and 1333 but it still happening, and is BD PROCHOT like CPU Temps? my CPU maxxed out at 60°C when it's full load so i don't think it's the problem. my screen literally freeze for couple minutes (sometimes a minute) when my GPU Usage drop to 0%

both the errors you've screenshotted are unrelated, and surprisingly common in general.

but the NDIS warning on the first screenshot might be your issue, if memory serves.

NDIS thing? isn't it like network stuff? idk if it the cause of my screen froze tho.

so, i've tried to use older driver and test it since last night, but it still drop to 0% sometimes, idk what causes it.

Your GPU is no longer supported by drivers, this is the latest one they dropped for it. This driver doesn't show up in the driver search. It was mainly released to fix security vulnerabilities, but worth a shot.

By the way, BD PROCHOT can also occur at low temperatures. However, it wouldn't cause such a significant interruption. It's probably related to a hardware issue with the system, but let's still check using LatencyMon.
