Gigabyte 00 LED Code

Hi All, I've recently upgrade my motherboard to a Gigabyte X670E Aorus Xtreme and currently have a 7800X3D installed.  Ive cleared the Cmos ( even removing the Cmos battery ) and then flashed the latest bios, the system originally booted but then when I ran Cinebench R23 it would crash, black screen and the fans would max out and i'd have to turn off at PSU.  Today ive taken it completely apart and carefully rebuilt, cleared Cmos again and booted up system.  This time Cinebench seems to run just fine but I still have a 00 LED code

 

Is this an issue ?

Well thats what i'm trying to figure out.  Just running some stress tests to see if the system is stable now.  Wondering if it was just a poorly seated or over tightened cpu.
