Is this pc good enough to play games at 1440p 144hz high settings and stream to twitch/youtube?

alright, so missing the 1 PSIe slot wont make a big difference?

No it shouldn't

Budget (including currency): Under 30,000k sek (Swedish Krona)

Country: Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Apex Legends, CoD Warzon 2.0, Streaming, video edeting

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am looking at getting a pc that can stream and game at high quality for under 30,000 sek. It could be nice to fit a second monitor into this buget and for video editing it would also be nice to have a fast SSD both main and secondary.

I am upgrading from a Pre-build lenovo with a I5 9400f and a 1660ti. I am planing to buy this winthin a month, so some fast advice would be nice to get 🙂

Here is the current parts list I have for this build. Would be nice for some opinions to change, https://se.pcpartpicker.com/list/QpbZL9

A bit of research and I saw the drives I picked for main drive is faster than the ones you listed, and I also say on the case manufactuers site that a 420mm aio wont fit from what I can tell, and I was hoping to get DDR 5 ram kits for video editing with the faster speeds

ddr5 won't make a difference for gaming or productivity and it's better to have 32 gigs of slightly slower ram than 16 gigs of faster ram

Do you need the fastest though? Even a 970 evo plus (a gen 3 drive with read/write speeds of about 2500mb/s) is only about a second behind a 980 pro (with read/write speeds of 7000mb/s) in loading games and OS

So the ram I had in my parts list was 32gb DDR5 6000mhz which should be better than the DDR4 3600, I can reamaber exactly.

For file transfers and web downloads having a nice fast SSD would be nice since I download a lot of data and even a few seconds over a long period of time will add up

And the case I picked does seem cheaper, and for high loads I can jsut pop teh tepered glass front pannel off and jsut leave the dust filter there with rad

It won't since the speed is higher, yes. But the latency is also double (cl32 instead of cl18 for ddr4)

a 980 pro for boot (1tb) and a 2tb crucial p3/970 evo plus would be better than the kingston and adata combo

that one doesn't fit a 420 rad and for overclocking a 13700k, a 420 rad is basically necessary

I have been looking and some people are doing with really good 360 rads like the one I put in my list, cause from what I know good 360 rads are better than bad or mid 420 rads

Okay, can you make a parts lite that is 4080 like you did, overlockable 13700k, DDR5 ram (I can get a bundle of 13700k and z790 board for chaper than the Kf and DDR4 verstion) and fast storage under the budget?

These 13 gen cpu's are pushed to their limits out of the box and the cost of overclocking them doesn't make a lot of sense imo.  This build gives you a SSD for Windows and a storage SSD along with a ATX 3.0 PCIe 5.0 power supply. You can use Nvidia NVENC or Intel integrated graphics to stream with.

isn't more mhz better for the RAM to do tasks faster despite latency?

With the ram that is what I though and the other one even tho there is not more for overclocking I want to over clock and under volt anyways for better performance even if it is 10 frames

it doesn't make a difference and the latency cancels it out enough that it makes at most a 5% uplift

You don't need to invest that much in CPU and cooling, rather on a beefy GPU

Budget isn't enough for a 4090 tho...thus a full AMD build would make sense

You don't need to invest that much in CPU and cooling, rather on a beefy GPU

Budget isn't enough for a 4090 tho...thus a full AMD build would make sense

Okay, can you make a parts lite that is 4080 like you did, overlockable 13700k, DDR5 ram (I can get a bundle of 13700k and z790 board for chaper than the Kf and DDR4 verstion) and fast storage under the budget?

lemme try

ause from what I know good 360 rads are better than bad or mid 420 rads

but they're also expensive

With the ram that is what I though and the other one even tho there is not more for overclocking I want to over clock and under volt anyways for better performance even if it is 10 frames

there's a possibility it might not even give you any extra performance. But if you want to you can

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

I like intel and nvidea even if they are scumbags 🙃

That's not the problem... We're talking tech here so what should matter is price and performance

Sure you can be wary of some brands that make low quality stuff but AMD ain't one

Such as releasing unfinished products RE USB and RAM issues with AM4, X3D cpu's frying when enabling AMD Expo and RX 7XXX series gpu's being recalled.

You'll get a less storage though and that case is pretty bad for airflow as it's front panel is glass

Also if you plan to overclock that aio isn't enough, at the least I would recommend an arctic liquid freezer ii 360

Also get the 4080 that I linked in my build since it's 1000 krona less

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

The front glass can pop off for intense computing, look at the reviews, it is a own seperate piece that is hold on by clips

Actually it is good enough, the RPM is higher and both have the same pump patern while the one I chose has lower DB.

Unfortinatly that one is being sold by a company that deos not always send out there products and blame the customers, a scam company basicly (my friend orderd a 4060 ti and never got it whilst still being charged for it)
