Screen freezes

So my screen froze first time couple days ago. I was just playing skyrim when it first froze and just thought it was because the mods I've installed, but then other games and desktop started to freeze too. I'm running dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570, Asus P8Z77-VLK motherboard and some Xfx 850W power supply. Is my PC's graphics card broken? I've also had a sound bug that causes sounds to repeat when screen is frozen. My computer is pre-built and i have about 3 weeks of warranty left so i need answers quickly, so I've time ti ship it there.

According to nvidia geforce experience I already have latest drivers. Anything else I can do?

I've noticed that the bug has something to do whit NVIDIA driver kernel and sound. When ever i use full screen mode it starts. I updated Nvidia kernel and my on board realtek audio drivers but itcontinues to happen. Any ideas?
