GPU Coil Whine?

So, I recently purchased my GPU (an XFX Speedster SWFT 319 AMD Radeon RX 6800,) and it appears to have coil whine, but it only happens when the fans start spinning. What should I do? And is coil whine covered in my warranty? It is pretty loud, I can clearly hear it even with my loud-ish fans spinning at max

Get a pair of closed back headphones to block it out. Not really much else you can do.
