Submit bug report to Apple?

How do I submit iOS bug reports to Apple? They hade their Feedback Assistant app, but it requires you to join the beta/developer programme. Is there really no way to report bugs for a publicly major iOS release without enrolling in these?

That form's a little outdated, but still works. According to every Apple employee I personally know, or have interacted with on social media, the most effective way is through Feedback Assistant: https://feedbackassistant.apple.com/
