Gigabyte RTX 2080 super

I want to upgrade my GPU. I found a 4070Ti for 800 euro. IS this worth the price for the upgrade?

Whats your PC purpose? Resolution/framerate target if gaming? PSU wattage and specific model? Case? Also which specific part of Europe?

I wouldn't upgrade.  The machine is great as is, I would use it another year then replace it all.

My 9900K/1080Ti handles 1440p everything I can throw at it, yours should as well unless you want frame rates in the triple digits for some reason.

Gaming mostly. Just really want ray tracing to work for once not really into the big fps. Psu is a Corsair RM1000X. And from Belgium

Yeah for RTX 4070Ti is really the best you could do before springing fully for 4080. Or you can save yourself more money and slightly cut down the CPU bottleneck at 1080p with the non Ti.
