Build Upgrade, Please Help!

I can get the i9 13900k and the 7800x3D for the SAME price, which one should I go with? I plan on sticking with my 4070 FE as well. I am PURELY gaming.

7800x3D all the way.  Need less cooling, less power consumption, faster for gaming, AM5 upgrade path if you want a faster CPU in the upcoming years as they are supporting the platform for longer than intel ( I know 14th gen will work with a BIOS update, its a refresh, not a new node like the new AM5 CPU's.
Not that you'd need to upgrade the 7800x3D in the next 6 years at least.

I love my 7700x non 3D and its just as fast in gaming as the 13900k.

Definitely would say the 7800x3d. It is faster then the 13900k, overclocking is easier if you care about that, and from some reviews it won't surpass 90 watts compared to the 125 watts on the 13900k. And as @Hinjima said, it's thermals are more manageable.
