Hi guys, some days ago the motherboard of a panel pc of mine decided to go kaboom so i'm having some problem trying to find a replacement for it. The motherboard in question is a Commell LE-37D mounting a intel J1900 (see photo).

The main problem is that i need to find a mobo with a COM port, Ethernet, a LVDS 48bit header and a PS2 header because the keyboard and touchpad integrated in the panel are connected to that (janky cabling, see photo).

Two main questions:

- Can i somehow use a usb header instead of the PS2 header to connect keyboard and touchpad, maybe with some kind of active conversion (i don't know if they will work directly with usb by rewiring the single cables)?

- Is 48bit single channel and 24bit dual channel LVDS compatible?

Thanks in advance for the help!

The main candidate for the replacement is this MIO-5251. I may have to buy the "MIOe" extention board to add some male header usbs (because the board only has one) to attach to it a total of three external usb ports, the panel LCD touch controller and, finally, the ps2 signal converted to usb.
