Always on-top taskbar.

Any tweak or any 3rd party application that has or does the same feature of disabling or enabling always on top for the taskbar like in vista and xp, to make apps like browsers take full advantage of screen real estate?

Unless I am misunderstanding, the setting is called "automatically hide the taskbar" and hasn't gone anywhere even in Windows 11.

Under Windows 11: Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behavior.
you'll find the option: "Automatically hide the taskbar"

Yes but no, that is an answer but not the answer i'm looking for for example in window vista and do there was a option to disable always on top for the taskbar via a check box, so i'm looking for a tweak or something to disable this feature either in the registry or something else.
