I've been using my MSI GF63 8RD laptop for 5 years , it's been showing a DX Device hung/removed error every time I play a video game for a brief period of time. I figured it was a thermal issue , so I replaced my laptop fan and had it serviced a month ago. The problem remained. I diagnosed my system with dxdiag , uninstalled windows and reinstalled it several times. I ran Intel CPU diagnostics , I used Windows Memory Diagnostics , there was no error. Even after running games at low settings and thermals being at around 50 - 60 degrees , the games still crash.

what game are you playing? from what i see this issue appear when the driver is not compatible with the game

try the guide number 8 on this website, editing the regedit

most of the tutorial seems to lead to this method
