Hello! first post here, just made my acc. Basically, the problem is that my pc keeps stuttering, its barely noticeable if im not moving the mouse, but its there.

I don't know how to fix it at this point, i was using linux and i wiped all my drives and installed windows 11 and the issue is the exact same, could it be a hardware thing????
Specs are

RTX 3060 EVGA (rest in peace)

I5 12600K

1x16gb adata 4800Mhz ddr5 stick

Z-690P WIFI D4 motherboard

and a 750W 80+gold PSU that i cant for the life of me remember

Ive installed all drivers applicable, and the issue lasted through like 3 different OSs, so idk what to do anymore, any help welcomed!!

Hi DanoX, welcome to the forum!

Do you have any BIOS updates available? Also, if you launch Windows into Safe Mode, does the stuttering also happen here?

Hi! yeah i updated BIOS right now and the issue still persists, it doesnt appear in Safe Mode though, i think it's a drivers thing, since when i first installed windows it also didnt have it, but as soon as it got NVIDIA drivers downloaded it started stuttering again, but i've already downloaded latest drivers for it, so im not sure what to do
