so i figured out that I had my ram plugged into the b1 b2 channels instead of a2 b2 and decided to move the b1 to the a 2 slot but afterwards I kept getting the error message of memory overclcock failure back. I have a ryzen 9 5900x cpu and two sticks of ddr4 3200mhz ram sticks and since I put it back on auto it runs at 2133mhz. what could be the problem

Can you also list your entire specs? "Random access memory memory" overclocking usually isnt the cause of problems like those, its either the mounting pressure or motherboard.
