So, after I reset my PC and deleted everything plus cleaned the drive, and after I filled out some other questions, it’s asking me to restore my OneDrive files, Settings and Preferences, and My Apps since I logged into the same Microsoft Account. Is there a way to not restore anything and just start from scratch while still using the same account?

Where is that option?

just... dont set up onedrive?

as for deleting stuff in onedrive, it's just a folder in your onedrive (it varies a bit dependant on the exact version of windows that set it up)
