drivers installed , microphone is lamp is working and system sees that its in, but in software like Viber, Skype or Discord, its just invisible impossible to choose something, i tryed to listen to microphone but system doesnt let me hear something also i tryed to plug in intro different ports, this all is just weird

Please try to clarify exactly what is happening. Has the microphone ever worked? Is your headset brand new out of the box? Can you try it on other devices? If so, what's the result of trying on other devices?
