Budget: 1000usd

Country: u.s

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: adobe illustrator, light burn. 

Other: my currentcurrent not keep up with the work that I am trying to do.  I currently have an i7 10700 2.9 32gb corsair ddr4 ram and geforce 700 series gpu.

If existing system parts can be used would you provide details. Case, speed, type (brand) and number of memory modules, PSU model and capacity, GPU model, storage.
