Ok so when i sinc the fraps and audacity recordings it sincs perfectly at the begining of the video but by the end its about 10 millseconds of sinc (video first then audacity 2nd)  Is it to much or should i work to try and fix it, (ive been working to try and fix it for a month)

Half a second is pretty noticeable (assuming you're using a facecam). You can try stretching the audio clip so that the whole clip is half a second longer/shorter.
