I'm looking to upgrade my pre-build PC but not sure what I should prioritize first to get the best bang for my buck in terms of gaming performance.

I'm also concerned about compatibility (by far my worst fear when it comes to PC building).

Attached is my build.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I see you're playing on 1440p.

What's your budget?

If you're budget limited, the Ryzen 5 5600 or 5700X is what you should upgrade to first.

If you can afford more, the Ryzen 7 5800X3D would be awesome, but it also requires a good cooler.

The next upgrade would be 16GB of RAM more. The same RAM.

And the next upgrade, following the CPU upgrade, would be the GPU.

A Radeon RX 6800XT, 6950XT or 7900XT.

If nVidia, an RTX 4070 to 4070Ti.

I'd recommend more ram and possible a more recent gpu it will give you better performance for the resolution you are going to playing at maybe instead of a 3600 go for a 3600x AM4 is a solid platform there is no need to go to am5 its still not polished enough from my experience

If you're going to upgrade the cpu then do it right and go with a 5600 or 5700X.

Country?

Budget?

You can buy a used 5600(x) <100$ on fb marketplace most of the time

As for rams you can resell your current rams and buy a 2x16 kit, or just buy another set of 3200c16 and hope it works (which it should most of the time even if mix match)

gpu wise depends, lotta good options on the used market, if a psu upgrade is neccesary then 850w golds tend to go for 40-60$ used
