Budget (including currency): 7000RON Including monitor

Country: Romania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rocket league, cs, Forza, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
I am currently upgrading from a "gaming" laptop with a gt 635m and 3th gen i5 with 8 gb of ddr3 ram😅 I am deciding to finally build a pc after playing on potato graphics for 4 years now. I want to play at 1080p high refreshrate, i prefer nvidia just because i plan on doing some streaming. Another mention, i care about asthetics and lots of rgb 🙂

Heres the build i got going on right now, a little over budget but not a problem (the parts that have no price i picked off of "EMAG")

The build looks pretty good!, i would recommend going for a ryzen 5 5600x tough because for what you want to do it would be plenty and you could reduce a little bit the cost so that if fits your budget

You might consider the AK400 A-RGB cooler, https://ro.pcpartpicker.com/product/WKWzK8/deepcool-ag400-bk-argb-7589-cfm-cpu-cooler-r-ag400-bkanmc-g-2. It will match with the A-RGB case fans in the build. It's also a bit better and less expensive than the bequiet.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Resolve openCL integration is really good, and Photoshop is fine without hardware acceleration unless if you deal with very high resolution work.
