Infected Windows?

pretty sure my windows got infected my cpu usage is always at 70% used by Microsoft Host until i open task manager

i downloaded malwarebytes and for the first time it didnt let me open it due to restrictions

i surpassed that,but when i open the installation it immediately closes,and when i was quick about it to hit next it was like somehow someone was pressing the exit button cause it continuesly asked me if i really wanted to exit the installation!

system restore is somehow disabled,please any fix????????thank you

hint,I noticed that if I disable the network adapter the usage becomes normal again

The only fix would to be to nuke the install from orbit and reinstall.
