Threadripper power cicling

Just built a PC with a threadripper 1900x on a x399 pahntom gaming 6

And it's power cicling ,reseated the ram but nothing .

Any ideas

You want to reseat the CPU on Threadripper, not the RAM. Did you plug into the 8-Pin EPS power connector as well? Any warning LEDs on? Check your cables and connectors as well. Make sure the GPU is properly seated and is plugged in.
