So think all could agree times are not so great atm and found it being more of a struggle wife suggested making a list of things that make you happy and did just that and wow it did help just thinking about those things from the list having 5 - 10 mins reflect back exploring them and thinking about what makes you happy.

 

Just thought would share mine and love to know what other people have on their lists?

• Good Burger (Film and Fanta memory)

• Morrisons Xmas

• Giffnock / Orchard Park / Giffnock Station

• Scotland (Gran in Scotland and Holidays)

• Welwyn Garden City

• Bo Selecta Michael Jackson Tribute 

• Wrath Of The Lich King

• Rocky (He is a nice guy and Mickey loves him)

• Antec PC (First Built PC with Len)

• The film Falling down and Trip to Scotland Brendens watching flick and having ghetto BBQ playing motocross game and simpsons 300.

• TESD

• Phantom Planet - California 

• Piano Man - Billy Joel

• Zack and Miri

 

Ofc some needs greater context but that is the nice thing you think about it yourself sometimes its just obvious
