i have a pc with this parts:

motherboard msi x58a-gd45

ram ddr3 4gb 1866 * 6 sticks 24gb ram in total

cpu xeon x5675 6core 12thread 12 mb cache

psu cooler master silent pro 1000w modular

cpu cooler green transformer with back platre fan

ssd sata 120gb wd green and seagate 500gb hdd

i overclocked the cpu to 4.5ghz and based on cpu z benchmark it is higher than intel 5930k corei7 cpu now it is more powerful than intel corei5 9500 cpu i installed a rx 580 gpu on it but it seems the system getbottlenecked heavily by the gpu i get between 130 to 150 fps in pes2021 on 1080 res and everything maxed out while cpu on less than 50 60 percent and gpu on 90 to 100 percent what gpushould i consider buying for a better performance this pc got overclocked around 44 percent based on aida64 extreme data and even on stress testing cpu on all cores on 4.5 ghz the temperture stays under 90 95 c what is the best gpu to pair with this confing to go best with this cpu thanks for your helps in advance

Budget (including currency): 500$

Country: persia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: catia solidwork altium design corel draw pes 2021 timeto time gtav ansys xflr5  it is most likely work station capable of games too

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

building a pc is like choosing a wife, you can build something ugly on the outside but beautiful inside, or you can have something beautiful from outside with no brain, if you be lucky you can build a pc with amazing look inside and out if you have the money, and if you have crappy luck with no money you can end up with an ugly slow pc, so it seems it all comes to what you worth for yourself to spend on what you want to spend time with, if you are confused dont worry i am confused too

you should use periods to seperate your sentences , that was very annoying to read.

as for the build I wouldn't purchase any more hardware for it as the platform is almost 15 years old. the 580 it has now is good enough to hold you over until you upgrade the platform.

sorry i am not native english speaker, i have another pc, this just for fun, also i overclocked it 44 percent, and kinda curios to see what is the max output of this system,

Pretty low, even at 4500MHz.

I would say its not even worth the electricity to run it.

Edit:

I ran X58 for nearly 10 years.

It lacks AVX instruction, my 3rd gen 3770K smoked my X5690.

It is still a fun platform to play with. One of the last of the true overclockers.

Make sure you are running in triple channel.

yes i got 6 sticks rams is cpu z benchmark reliable? i checked it myself with 9500 mine got 3079 score on multi thread and 9500 got 3055 so how you saying your gen 3 is faster unless cpu z is not correct also what gpu you think should i get for the next test

the i5 9500 is a mid to low end cpu from several years ago and is only 65 watts so that's not much of an achievement.

you are right but still it is faster than a mid tier cpu from almost 9 years later

just the cpu's raw computation speed but non of the buses are faster at all.  not to mention it runs hotter and uses more power and initially cost about 7x more than the i5 9500 did. again not much of a race or a surprise to anyone.

focusing on just cpu performance numbers while ignoring the platform its actually on is basically what leads people to think putting a new gpu in a 15 year old machine is a good idea.

right so i am gonna try a tronger gpu and see how much cpu bottlenecks the system maybe this is the bestway to understand what to do thanks by theway for your time
