I recently looked at the ram usage and is this really ok? I have 32 GB of ram with 3200Mhz and I feel that the use for what I do even at the beginning is too high, I came to think that it was a virus or something like that and I deleted all windows and reinstalled it from scratch. I don't know if it is normal or if there is a problem, I am attaching images.

Could it be a problem with the rams because of the brand? I've had them for more than 2 years and I've never had a problem before.

Every time I've looked at task manager before when I was just using browsers or basic stuff, not like when I'm using Photoshop or Premiere for work. Usage was 5 or 4 GB of ram in use (total of everything). not 7 like now. I'm worried about whether the pc could have something because I work with several programs that ask for a lot of ram. and before when it was getting to use 23 GB of ram it said that it was around 80 - 90% of ram usage. I don't want to fall short and have the program crash and lose work I did. More than anything it is a question out of curiosity and concern.

Page file exist for that reason. Its a slog going back and forth on it but it is made precisely to prevent out of RAM crashes.

Also fuck that RamMAP. Resource Monitor is free and it only takes 50mb of RAM on idle rather than 1.1GB.
