Other details

I would like to be able to run pretty much any game at least 1440p @60fps preferably 120fps but I can settle and medium-high graphics settings. I currently have a 1080p 75fps monitor, decent gaming mouse, and an extremely old beige mechanical keyboard, but I plan on upgrading the monitor soon to a 1440p 165/144Hz model. I have already researched my parts list and plan on moving soon but I wanted to know if the helpful people on this forum could impart any wisdom. I will say that I am set on the RTX 4060, but not this specific model. Parts list so far includes:

Video Card: ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 4060 8GB OC Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse Inspired Graphics Card Bundle, ZT-D40600P-10SMP

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

Motherboard: MSI A520M-A PRO (micro ATX)

RAM:

Case: Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L Micro-ATX Tower

PSU: ARESGAME AGV Series 650W Power Supply 80+ Bronze

SSD: Samsung 970 Evo+ 1Tb

Nvidia lied with stating that 4060 can run at 1440p120, because they're using all their tricks of DLSS and DLFG that not only very few games support, but also look insanely poor even after the repeated updates of DLSS3 that DLFG is a part of. And even then, it still doesnt solve the issue of modern game textures taking up more than 8GB of VRAM at 1440p. This is the best you could do on PC but the best you can do in value is PS5, seriously. Unless if that is your PC and you are planning to upgrade with a 4060 in which case all you need to do is put a 7900XT and a new PSU like @Why_Me did, but you are going to choke on any CPU bounded titles and you will need a new case so keep those in mind.
