You likely need a BIOS update on the motherboard if I had to guess.

You will need to find a compatible CPU or apply for an AMD bootkit. If your motherboard had a BIOS flashback you would do it without a CPU, but this board does not support this.

You'll need an older CPU depending on the bios version loaded on the motherboard. Either 1000 / 2000 or 3000 series.

There may be a bios version sticker on the box or motherboard.

You can download the bios from the motherboard webpage onto a USB flash drive and navigate the bios menu to flash the bios.

If you don't have an older CPU available, this service is often available at your local PC Shop.

You could do that, but I would suggest applying for an AMD Bootkit where they will send you a CPU that you can do it with

A standard usb flash drive should work fine. The BIOS is pretty small at ~12MB.

Amazon Basics 128GB USB 3.1: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Basics-128GB-Ultra-Flash/dp/B0B6148YKN/

Samsung BAR Plus 128GB USB 3.1 seems a bit faster if you prefer: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-BAR-Plus-128GB-MUF-128BE3/dp/B07BPK3XWW/

Yea. As mentioned, you need an older series CPU to boot with.

Have you tried the AMD Short Term Processor Loan Boot Kit RMA form? https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100#faq-Short-Term-Processor-Loan-Boot-Kit

Buying a new CPU just for bios update would be a waste of money if it can be avoided.

Sorry, I missed this earlier.

Is there a bios version visible on the motherboard itself?

Have you tried reseating the CPU and only use 1x DIMM? Make sure there isn't any dust or debris on the pins or in the socket.

Really dumb question but how do you power on your MOBO? Do you short the front panel header with a screwdriver or something, check those cables, also do you get any fans spinning up or just dead?

Dans all work and power light on case comes on and it turns on with the case just fine. I need to update the BIOS and to do that im ordering a older version cpu and using that to make the board capable of processing my amd ryzen 5 5500 cpu
