Whats your PSU here? Also, 12VHPWR is a highly needy cable, you need to make sure its not only clicked in but also level and all the way through there, and follow best practices on it if possible like leaving 35-50mm slack.

Thanks you, my pc is booting normally now. Is it better I use the cable  12VHPWR to 12VHPWR PSU  or the cable 12VHPWR to 3×8 Pins PCIE PSU ?

I personally think that dedicated 12VHPWR plug would be a good thing to have moving forward as its specification is ratified within PCI-SIG and is part of ATX 3.0 standard. But honestly use what you have now, dont force yourself financially to get a PSU with a dedicated 12VHPWR plug.
