The specs list 155mm of clearance which is enough for the AG400 but not the AG620.

If you want more cooling for a future upgrade, the PA120 SE is available, slightly above the budget: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/hYxRsY/thermalright-peerless-assassin-120-se-6617-cfm-cpu-cooler-pa120-se-d3

Anything can cool that, even the stock cooler.

But you might want something that can handle a 5800X3D down the line, so maybe something like Deep Cool AK620... Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE...

What is your budget?

 Under $50 Hyper 212 Black

Under $75 Noctua U12S Redux

Under $100 Noctua U12S

$100+ Noctua D15s

EK 360 AIO

EK 240 AIO

Everything but the hyper 212 is absolute overkill for the 3600, and even the 212 is a bad value...

I would go for one of those:

Thermalright Assassin X 120

Thermalright Assassin King SE

Deepcool AG400

all under or close to 20 usd and a good match for the 3600

Yes, it is classified as a budget cooler. If you like the silver look, go for it.

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB

(There is also a listing at 41.9 on Amazon)

Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB CPU Air Cooler, 6 Heatpipes CPU Cooler, Dual 120mm TL-C12C-S PWM Fan, Aluminium...

Maybe

be quiet! CPU Pure Rock 2 FX Light Wings 120 mm PWM High Speed Black

ARCTIC Freezer i35 A-RGB Single Tower CPU Cooler for Intel with A-RGB, Pressure-Optimised 120 mm P Fan, 200-1700 RPM, 4 He...
34.14 EUR, a pretty good deal

There is also

DeepCool AK400 Zero Dark

at 43 EUR.

Hyper 212 is overprice compared to the previous two at 52.

I would go with Peerless Assassin since it should also able to handle a 5800x3D, got high praise from Gamers Nexus too.

What case and ram are you using?

If there's enough clearance, some good options include:

AG400: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/LQt9TW/deepcool-ag400-7589-cfm-cpu-cooler-r-ag400-bknnmn-g-1

AG620: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/GCjBD3/deepcool-ag620-6788-cfm-cpu-cooler-r-ag620-bknnmn-g-1
