Anything can cool that, even the stock cooler.

 

But you might want something that can handle a 5800X3D down the line, so maybe something like Deep Cool AK620... Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE...

I don't have one, that's why I need a cooler

Yes, it is classified as a budget cooler. If you like the silver look, go for it.

Hyper 212 is overprice compared to the previous two at 52.

Use the stock cooler for now and save that $50+ toward your next build.

I put everything together with the stock cooler and the temperature doesn't go above 57°c, so I don't need a new cooler for now
