Yes, you can login to http://office.com and goto "My Account" and re-install Office onto the number of computers your license allows.

I believe (but I could be wrong) that Adobe technically allows you to install their software on up to 2 computers as long as you only run it on one at a time.

Trend Micro and other security products usually give you up to 3 computers per copy for a year.

Nero is usually for one computer at a time, but you can try to install it on a second computer if you like.

Personally, I will find "other means" to re-install my software that I've purchased as I don't believe it should be tied to the machine but to the user who purchased it. so yes, technically lots of my software is not legitimately installed, although I have legit licenses for it.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, 5060 Ti) Mobile: Moto Razr 50 Ultra (Razr+ 2024) | 30GB CAN+US+MEX $30/month
Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 7i (16") 82UF0015US (i7-12700H, 16GB/2TB RAM/SSD, A370M GPU) Tablet: Lenovo Tab Plus (256GB)
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)

I know; we have a copy of CS5 Design Premium at a marketing web development job I have, and recently had to upgrade to CS6 to stay current. It was a pain trying to get the upgrade cost however, because they had misplaced the CS5 box with it's serial number, yet still had the receipt. Even after we upgraded, it was still only activated on one of the two computers, so I ... "activated it myself" on the mobile laptop unit, as Adobe's licensing terms technically allow two installations so long as only one copy is running at a time.

How did you originally purchase the software? Retail hard copy? Online download? If you bought online then you would've had to create an account and thus you can reinstall.
