JBL Quantum 610 issue.

Hi friends. I have a JBL quantum 610 headset an since I got them there has been a settings issue. They connect wirelessly Via a USB dongle. If I open the Sound settings in Windows 11 the device will not show up unless I unplug the dongle and plug it back in. They work as they should, but if I close the settings window the option to switch back to them disappears again until I, once again, unplug the dongle and plug it back in again. since its plugged into the back of my computer this is rather annoying!

 

I have installed the Quantum software. I also have formatted the system since owning them and the problem remains. I have also tried different USB ports. It also did this while I was running Windows 10.

 

Any ideas?
