I'm getting a Ryzen 7 5800X to replace my aging 3600X. I'm thinking of getting the new Hyper 212 BE with 2 120 phanteks t30-120. I don't overclock. Will this setup be enough to keep my cpu cool?

it will be ENOUGH but I'd highly recommend spending around the same money for a thermalright PA120 (it is bigger but defo better) Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler (PA 120 SE ARGB) - PCPartPicker

A Hyper 212 BE should be fine. Swapping the fans to T30's would be a bit better but would be more costly and worse than getting a better cooler instead.

Why are you considering this option?

Overspend and slap 3 T30s on it

But yeah, going with PA120 or its 7 pipe sibling Phantom Spirit 120 wouldve been better investment than more fans.

I agree with the others, the T30s deserve a beefy heatsink or they're not going to be worth it. I have a pair of them on my Noctua U12A which has been an awesome combination for my 211W 13600K.

What kind of gasket is between the trumpet and the T30?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

You know what they say about fan sizes and case sizes?

That it's not proportional

Leather

I don't care, it works. Runs 4-7 dB quieter through the RPM range with the intake and also gains about 10W of headroom when pushed to full load. Which is roughly a 5-6% increase in cooling performance.

impressive. Is that from the front of the case straight to the cpu fans?

It's pretty much a straight shot into the CPU yeah, the gains happen more so from the improved static pressure, and lower initial turbulence (lower reynolds number) than getting cooler air.

The leather gasket? TS made it. Along with their extensive understanding of fans, they also work leather. Impressive, right?!

@TeraSeraphmaybe you should sell them.

I made it since I do a lot of leatherworking. I traced out a fan frame on the surface then used scissors to cut it out.

I saw the bit of leather between the two fan frames but didn’t put 1 + 1 together. Thing looks like it’s made of vacuum molded plastic!

Oh did you mean the intake? It's a Noctua 5mm plastic frame with a black plastic flower pot hot glued to the inside. One of the edges is sanded flush to clear the Mobo cables and heatsinks.
