Hi. I made a topic about this already, but I kinda didnt explain the issue properly so I wanna do it right this time.

The issue: I built my new pc a week ago and everything worked fine until now. I went from stock cooler (AMD) to Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML240L RGB V2. When I installed it in my PC. It booted up to windows, I could log in, but I got BSOD after 10 seconds. Then my PC didnt boot up at all and just kept restarting. I saw that I didnt put RAM in properly so I did that, but it didnt boot up. I took that RAM stick out and was only using one stick. It booted up to windows and everything worked smoothly. I turned off my pc and put that second stick of RAM back in. It booted up and I thought everything is solved. My PC froze after 2 hours of just being in a browser with temps being good. I had to force restart it and then it was working fine. Next day I tried to turn on the pc, it booted to windows and froze after 10 seconds again. I took out the ram, put it back in and it worked again. Today I turned on PC again. It froze after 10 seconds in windows. Then it booted up. I tried to update bios, but right when I entered BIOS, PC just restarted. I did cmos reset and it also didnt help, because my PC froze after 11 minutes. Now Im on that said PC for more than 30 minutes and everything is fine.

I just dont know what to do anymore so I would love some help, thanks!!

It froze while in the Bios?

Try reseating the CPU, RAM, and cooler. Make sure the contacts and socket / slots are clean and that the cooling block is mounted evenly.

Did you manage to get a BIOS Updated?

Run a memory benchmark test to check for failures in your memory.

I didnt update it, because im scared of those random restarts. But outdates BIOS shouldnt be an issue since my pc worked just fine for a week.

I did memory tests and they came out with no issues.

You didnt put excess thermal paste on the CPU which leaked onto anything?

Trying to find out if we had a ground out.

Or,when you put the cooler down, did you put equal pressure (turning each screw bit by bit, not all at once) to ensure good contact? You tried the old cooler again right?

A bit of thermal paste got onto a motherboard, but I cleaned it right away. When I was puting the cooler on cpu, I ensure to put even pressure, screwing a bit on each side so I dont overscrew it on one side. I tried old cooler and it was the same issue.

Today, I turned on the PC, booted to windows, but couldnt move with mouse or do something with keyboard. I restarted it and it didnt boot at all. I restarted it again and it got to windows and im on my pc for 14 hours (sad I know) and no issues at all. All temps are good, no BSOD and no crashing.
