There is no Sabertooth 990FX R3.0; if you're referring to the 990FX/Gene3 R2.0, there's really no point; there is no difference in performance between PCIe 2.0 and PCIe 3.0 with current cards and that won't change for many years.  It's not native PCIe 3.0 either, it uses a PLX chip which induces latency.  Also do you know where to get a P280 windowed?  I haven't been able to locate one for sale O.o

I'm not a big fan of Vengeance RAM, I think the green PCB messes with the look of it.  Although maybe on the Sabertooth it wouldn't be much.  Kingston HyperX Black with black PCB version (whenever they get around to releasing it :/) or G.Skill Snipers look better I think.

The Noctua fans I don't know about; they are "the best" but Scythe Gentle Typhoons, Air Penetrators, etc. are all also very very excellent fans and look way better.  I personally don't think the look of Noctua fans is worth it.  Sure they are "the best" but that doesn't mean they just destroy all competition.  I think you'll still be very happy with Gentle Typhoons etc.

@hoboX10: It's an upgrade for my current PC. My MoBo has a broken RAM slot :( So i already have all the components except for the new Mainboard and the RAM.

@Glenwing: 1. I can't find a Sabertooth Gen2 anymore.

                    2. The window I made myself , couldn't find one either :D

         As for your other suggestions I'll think about it.

I would go with the ASUS 7950 instead of the xfx 7970

My vengeance ram has a black PCB

Depends on which Vengeance you buy.  Most of them have green PCB though.  Since he didn't say what capacity or what speed or whether it was Vengeance LP I assumed it was probably green.

@Glenwing: I'm from Germany so shipping and taxes would make up for the price difference.

@unidentical: It's only a motherboard and RAM upgrade so the card is already there. Also the colors don't match as good.

I'll take the RAM into consideration
