Games micro stuttering

Recently got a new graphics card, an XFX RX 6600 paired with an I7-6700, tried playing The Witcher 3, RDR2, Marvel's Spiderman. FPS are actually fine, but what annoys me are the micro stutters that occur when gaming. I have a Corsair CX450, with 12 GB of ram. 1 SSD, and 1 HDD. Would it be the ram that is causing the issue here?

GPU and CPU temps are fine, what could be the issue here?

No. I went with the recommended drivers, 22.3.2. I wonder if updating drivers would resolve issues?

I would try updating them and keeping them updated outdated drivers can cause stuttering, lower fps overall, sometimes even make games unplayable

Downloaded the latest drivers; will update if the issue is fixed.

Make a setting screenshot and then do clean uninstall via DDU.

Thinking it's more of a ram issue, thinking of upgrading to 32gb
