Explanation of the problem: When I am playing a game (mostly Valorant but also Rainbow Six Siege), my PC freezes briefly and then restarts, after which I can use it again. I do not get a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) error. I have experienced this problem before, but there was quite a bit of time between occurrences. The first time it happened, I updated my GPU drivers and stress-tested my GPU and CPU, but nothing happened. Then, it didn't happen again for a long time. But then it happened a second time, and based on the advice of my friend who helped me build my PC, I moved my RAM stick to a different slot because it was in the wrong place (which, in hindsight, wasn't very smart, I understand that now). After that, it didn't happen for a while, but now it has returned. I have updated my drivers again, but since I am getting the error code 0x00000019, I think there might be something else going on. I checked my RAM using the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. I would like to mention that this error code only appears in the Event Manager and not on a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).

Either a bad RAM memory module, or a driver could also be causing this. Try running Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool. Run it as administrator and report back please.

Edit, I see you already checked that. What the diagnostic tool report when you ran it?

Budget Gamer at heart.

the event manager says the following: The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors
