Hi there,

I have a iPhone 14 pro on the Verizon network that I've had since launch, and the cellular service on this phone is consistently horrible.  A couple friends have the same phone and their experience is the same, and I ask people around me when I see them 14 pros around town, and almost everyone has horrible cell experience.

The link above is just one example of an article where they continued to track it over a number of months, and it’s weird to me that this is just never been fixed or addressed.  Between the switch to eSIMS and a new modem I'm not sure what it might be.  I even called Verizon and had to get you a new eSIM, but it didn’t fix it.

I also know that my phone does not work well at all with 5G Ultra Wideband. At work, we have a Verizon Ultra Wideband cell literally right above our desk area, and even from 8 feet right below it my phone will not connect to it.  When the guy was coming to install the access point in the office, I had other phones from Samsung, that could do Ultra Wideband tested, and they all worked.

I know I should just try and get a new phone from Apple, but honestly transferring everything and with work security settings it is such a hassle. And I’ve just been waiting it out because on the annual upgrade plan. Along with that, I’m not even sure if that would actually be better because the things I’ve talked to consistently have similar issues.

All of that to say, are other folks here having similar problems?  I'd be very curious for the Lab to test some of these phones.   Apple and Verizon has never really commented on it, and maybe it was quietly fixed in later production runs.
