Randomly my pc will turn off by itself and the power button light will be flashing. The motherboard rgb will still be on aswell. It turns on normally after and no error lights are lit up on the motherboard. I did a general maintenance test and nothing showed up. This happens more often when I’m playing video games.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor - Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard - TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory - Samsung 980 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive - Gigabyte GAMING OC GeForce RTX 3050 8GB 8 GB Video Card - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P5 750 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

While playing Valorant the pc crashed 5 times in one game but was fine for hrs while drawing in photoshop and browsing the web.

What kind of checks did you do when had you general maintenance tests?

Also, how old is your motherboard? This type of failure could happen because the cmos battery is out which would take a couple years. So if your motherboard is old enough, your cmos battery could be the problem.

I would like to ask if use a Riser cable as that could also cause boot issues as well.

I did auto maintenance in the control panel after the crashes. I have also done several stress tests. My motherboard is only a year old and I don't use a riser cable.

Stress Test Results

AMD Ryzen Master:

Highest Temp - 63.85

Time - 6mins

Completed without Crash

Prime95:

Highest Temp - 68.5

Time - 7hrs

Completed without Crash

Blender Open Data Graphics Card:

Highest Temp - 54

Benchmark Score - 1548.67

Okay, those results look fine. Have you overclocked/undervolted anything? An overclock or undervolt can cause some instability that can cause a crash.

Another thing that you can try (if you're comfortable with it) is to try and reseat some cables. A loose cable will allow your computer to power on and run without issue for a while, but over time those cables could loosen enough to cause a poor connection and lead to crashes or shutting off.

Another thing you can try is to use a different power outlet. Sometimes your computer is just fine, but the outlet that you use might have too many things connected to it and so when your computer uses enough power, it could trip something and then shut down.
