I mean how about we skip diablo 4 and play path of exile instead. And how come you went for such an expensive psu and such an expensive case. Also I'm curious to know how you came to the conclusion to pick the ASRock Radeon RX6700XT CLD 12G Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Video Card

I'd prefer to stick with nvm m.2 if possible it doesn't seem worth it to buy a sata ssd without saving much money

This seems like a reasonable build but why such an expensive gpu?

Ill take that as a sarcasm rather than genuine outlook. The issue with Diablo 4 right now is the severe VRAM memory leak it has and even if you dont get it 1080p max would spike to 12GB of usage.

Those 2 are the cheapest thing id rely on in terms of power delivery and thermals respectively in Canadian market.

In my PC building, I usually work my list backwards. A lot of people start from their GPU and CPU combo (maybe case if they're looking at external aesthetics), I usually start looking for CPU that are perfect for what the system should do, and then work the supporting component. For that its simple, sort by the cheapest and then find the first thing that can do what the system need (wattage in a PSU, clearance for GPU and heatsink if air-cooled in a Case) and then weigh the quality of said part. In here I use reviews and personal accounts of current or former user.

And then finally, the GPU. Limit my price range to the rest of the budget I have, and then sort by the most expensive. From there find the most powerful GPU model you can find that isn't a scam, and run away with it. AIB does matter but really the outlier is the only one you want to watch out on for stock operation, those with the worst thermal and power delivery. If you do care for heavy tweaking because you are going to slap custom water cooling to it for example, then read individual review of the specific board you're looking at (and if you haven't, also your GPU block compatibility list), and ALSO how well it tweaks in the first place. Nvidia 4000 series for example has a pretty locked down power limit due to it being already at the edge of stability and heat output.

It's just the issue is it costs $1300 cad even the cost for windows install, I'm looking more like $1000 cad after windows install at 1080p at 60 fps

m just being unrealistic and cut my losses at less demanding games

There is always the option of not buying a gpu and waiting for money down the line and buying a gpu later on as I already have a gtx 750 ti for now.

I might also try the used market where you should be able to find 3080s for 500 cad
