GOXLR audio channel sounds really bad

My mixer has 4 channels, (game, voice chat, system and music)

 

the music channel sounds really bad and distorted, if in high volume, it will sound very bad. The channel is running at the highest quality possible according to windows.

 
Im using the beyerdynamic dt990 pro 250ohm headset (works just fine and no other issues)

Can you provide a screenshot of where you are seeing this?

 

Channels 1,2, and 3 sound fine but channel 4 sounds like crap? (Just clarifying)

Dunno about the screenshot since it’s an audio output hearing, the test on the control panel for right and left sounds bad as well.

FULL VOLUME IS FULL BAR - 3 DOTS OTHERWISE IT JUST DISTORTS ON EVERY CHANNEL.
