I tried updating the Bios using the Q-Flash button and the Bios updated(the Orange lamp started Blinking and after it stopped updating the Pc restarted. But Error still remains and i have no output.

Well, a VGA light on the mobo means that there is either no GPU installed or that there is a problem with the GPU. So you can try reseating all Power cables and re installed the GPU. Look for any bent pins in the PCIE slot and make sure there isn't any visible signs of damage.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?
