Budget pc build help pls

Budget (including currency):  230-280 euro (250-350dollars)

Country: Croatia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CSGO,LoL, Raft, The Forrest, Rust...

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): so my current pc contains of:

CPU: i5 650

GPU: GeForce GTX 660

PSU: 500W bought recently

STORAGE: SSD 256 KINGSTON

HDD 1TB but its the green one

RAM: 2X2GB like 669Mhz

MOBO: ASRock H55M-LE

I am not looking for anything special just to be able to play games without lag and stutters 

Parts i dont think i need to switch:

SSD,HDD,PSU,GPU

tbh i dont know what should i go for so i need your guys help!

for that kind of money, if youre not really concerned about power efficiency you can build a 2011-3 system because old xeons and ddr4 is insanely cheap right now on the used market.

imo nothing is worth keeping, sell it for 80-100EUR and buy a 350EUR used PC with something like a 1650 and a 10400, it'll be 10 times faster than your cretacean PC

+1 on the Xeon build. You can get wonderful combos on AliExpress with RAM/CPU/Mobo for cheap.

With a proper video card, yes. I have played Cyberpunk 2077 with all settings on High (ray tracing aside, I was using a GTX 1660 Super) at 60+ FPS.
