Be Quiet vs Seasonic

OhNoesItsDobby

So with my currently planned build, I'm trying to decide on a PSU. Initially I had a Corsair RM650 in my sights, but a handful of poor reviews and this thread have put me off.

The specs for the aforementioned planned build are:

i5 4670 (possibly K, still undecided)

Some form of aftermarket CPU cooler (probably one of the Be Quiet Dark Rocks)

2x4GB Corsair vengeance Pro DDR3 1600Mhz

MSI H/Z97M Gaming

MSI Twinfrozr GTX 780

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD

WD Green 2TB HDD

Corsair 350D with Be Quiet Silent Wings 2 fans (2x140mm at front, 1x120mm at rear)

I'm aiming for a PSU around 600W - 700W, for around £70-£90. Ones that I'm considering are:

Be Quiet Pure Power 630W 80+ Bronze

Seasonic G Series 750W 80+ Gold

I'm tempted to go for the Be Quiet option because it's slightly cheaper, but the Seasonic one is really really appealing because of its big-ass warranty and all-round superiority for an extra £25. Plus from reading these forums I hear nothing but praise for Seasonic. :P

Whaddya reckon? Or is there an even better option you'd recommend?

Both are great PSUs. Go with the Seasonic as it has a longer warranty, supplies 130W more and is 80 plus gold certified which IMO is worth the extra 25 pounds.

Have you considered an EVGA PSU, some have 10 year warranties (Most have 5 year) and  EVGA have fantastic customer support. Also I believe their PSUs are actually made by seasonic too.

I hadn't but damn. O.o £70 for a 650W 80+ Gold PSU seems almost too good to be true. The warranty on this one is 5 years as well, but why does a PSU need a handle?

Yeah, not sure about that handle, surely it just reduces compatibility with cases that mount the PSU at the front, hopefully its not too difficult to remove it

Nope, EVGA uses Superflower internals

Seasonic makes quite possibly the world's best power supplies so I would go off the fact that its a Seasonic. Legendary build quality and reliability with 100% Japanese Capacitors. If you're talking about which one is better, Seasonic is the obvious choice but the Be Quiet! PSU is also very solid. You can't really go wrong with either choice.
