this current build only costst about 1000 dollars but i want to see if theres anything i could imrpove, and most importantly, Im wondering if theres anything i could do to lower the price of the build by 60 bucks (so i have enough money to buy a monitor).

Well you could go intel and get a 12400f instead so go for either this

The Ryzen 7600 non X actually comes with a stock cooler and is adequate to cool the 7600.  So you can save the money from buying a cooler to get a monitor 🙂
You can always upgrade the CPU cooler later but it will work totally fine out of the box with the stock cooler.
Maybe get some faster ram like 5600mhz cl36.

Plus AM5 has more upgrade path than LGA1700... I'd go 7600
